Synopsis: This film, the third of director Eric Rohmer's `Comedies and Proverbs', explores the relationship between adolescent Pauline (Amanda Langlet) and her older just-divorced cousin Marion (Arielle Dombasle) who spend the summer together at a beach house in Normandy. The pair become involved with three men during their holiday: the older, divorced Henry; Pierre, who is obsessed with Marion; and Sylvain, a young boy who takes to Pauline.
